Online EPCES Membership Application

Henceforth for new enrolments and renewals for the year 2019-2020  the units will have to login to the online membership system, fill in their units details/data and submit it thereafter, EPCES will approve the same and membership certificate can be downloaded. 
 
 
Please find below the steps to be followed by the member/exporter for obtaining RCMC Certificate:
   
        Login to  https://ntrade.in/EPCES_LIVE/NewLogin/aspx
  
I)    Registration Process i.e.
 
a)                  A login screen appears where members/exporters have to enter their IEC number and the first three letters of the Company Name and Click
  
b)                  A Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) dialog box will appear. Exporters have to attach their respective DSC token on their machine to login to the system.
 
c)                   The Digital Signatures Certificate (DSC) will be mapped with exporter login and the member/exporter have to attach the same token while login into the system every time. (In case you face PKI Component error please install the PKI as per below procedure.
 
Step 1 ) Download the component from the link::- http://www.ntrade.in/EPCES_LIVE/ComponentError.htm
                You can download the 32bit component or 64 bit according to your computer settings
Step 2) Run "nCodePKIComponent_Setup_32_bit_java.exe" from the folder
Step 3) If it shows that you do not have JAVA in your system then Install "jre-8u181-windows-i586.exe"         
 
             from the folder and again install "nCodePKIComponent_Setup_32_bit_java.exe".
 
 
Step 4) Login in nTrade and you can view the certificate
 
 
d)                 Once successfully login, the exporter will be prompted to enter any one option out of the three:
 

Application for modification of IEC

The new format of online application form for issue/modification in IEC has been notified vide Public Notice No. 76 dated 27.11.2014. Subsequently online application for IEC was operationalised w.e.f. 01.02.2015 vide Public Notice. No.83 dated 30.01.2015.

Applicants seeking modification in their IEC’s may log on to dgft.nic.in and click on Importer Exporter Code (IEC) under Quick Links and select "Modify your IEC" to amend their e-IEC’s and IEC’s in physical format. Henceforth all modifications in e-IEC’s/ IEC’s would be done online only.

The fees for modifications in e-IEC’s/IECs is Rs.200/- and fees can be paid online through net banking or through credit/debit cards.

The applications to be submitted to Cochin EPZ office Code: 39.


New Application for EOU

 

The application for setting up new unit under the EOU scheme can be filed online at www.csez.org ‘New Application EOU’ link. Once the application is completely filled in the same can be submitted through the online module and printout in the prescribed format can be taken from the site.  The application to be submitted along with the following documents to:-

 

In case the proposal is to set up unit in the State of Karnataka:-

Quarterly Peformance Report (QPR) - EOU Units
The Quaterly Performance Report (QPR) by all EOUs who have started /Commercial Production.  The QPR to submitted online only through EOU filing module at www.csez.org ELU Units.  The username and password for using the system can be obtained from Computer Cell, CSEZ by sending an e-mail with the details given in www.csez.org for obtaining a username and password. 
The QPR to be filed quarterly for April-June, July-September, October-December, January-March in every financial year from the date of commencement of production within 30 days of close of every quarter.  No hardcopy QPR needs to be submitted.

Annual Performance Report (APR) - EOU Units
The Annual Performance Report (APR) of EOU unit shall be filed in Annexure-IV as per Exim Policy. The APR to be filed from the financial year on which the unit started commercial production. The APR can be submitted online at www.csez.org ‘EOU Units’ link. You need a username and password to access the module. If you don’t have the username and password you may obtain it from Computer Cell CSEZ by e-mailing the details given in www.csez.org to sunil@csez.gov.in
 
The printout of the APR after submitting the same in the module to be get signed by the Authorised Signatory of the Unit and to be get certified by a Chartered Accountant. The hardcopy APR to be submitted within 90 days of close of every financial year to the Development Commissioner.

The Annual Performance Report (APR) of SEZ unit shall be filed in Form-I as per SEZ Rules 22. The APR to be filed from the financial year on which the unit started commercial production. The APR can be submitted online at www.csez.org ‘SEZ Units’ link. You need a username and password to access the module. If you don’t have the username and password you may obtain it from Computer Cell CSEZ by e-mailing the details given in www.csez.org to sunil@csez.gov.in

 
The printout of the APR after submitting the same in the module to be get signed by the Authorised

Applying for new IE Code Number

The application for IE Code number to be submitted online at http://dgft.gov.in website and the printout taken from site alongwith the following documents to be submitted:-

Part A, Part B and Part D of Application form duly filled in signed and sealed wherever required– 1 copy

Each individual page of the application has to be signed by the applicant

Application must be accompanied by documents as detailed below:-
 
i
Demand Draft of Rs.250 evidencing payment of application fee in favour of the Development Commissioner, CSEZ.
 
ii
Certificate from the banker of the applicant firm in the specified format
 
iii
Self certified copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Authorities
 
iv
Two copies of passport size photographs of the applicant
 
v
Photograph on the banker’s certificate should be attested by the banker of the applicant

Copy of LOP
 
vii
Self addressed envelope and stamp of Rs.30
 
viii
These documents may be kept secured in a file cover
The above documents may be sent by post of hand delivered to the Office of the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone, Administrative Building Kakkanad, Cochin-37


Format for Bond-Cum-Legal Undetaking (BLUT) - Form-H

A Bond-cum-Legal Undertaking is to be executed in Form H. Where the unit is a company the undertaking shall be executed by the Managing Director of the company or the Director(s) or any person who has or have been duly authorized for this purpose by a resolution of the Board of Directors of the company and shall be affixed with the common seal of the company; where the entrepreneur is a partnership firm, Bond-cum-Legal Undertaking shall be executed by all the partners or authorized partner(s); where the entrepreneur is a Hindu Undivided Family, the, Bond-cum-Legal Undertaking shall be executed by the Kartha; and where the entrepreneur is a proprietorship concern, the Bond-cum-Legal Undertaking shall be executed by the proprietor;
Each page of the LUT is to be signed. In case these persons cannot sign the LUT before the Development Commissioner in person, each page of the LUT is to be notarized and submitted for approval of the Development Commissioner.
After execution one copy will be returned to the unit and one copy given to Customs.

Application form for setting up units in SEZ - Form F

The application for setting up units under SEZ scheme in Form-F (5 copies) should be submitted alongwith the following documents.
» Copy of letter of willingness to allot space in the Zone issued by CSEZ/Developer
» Application fees - DD for Rs.10000/- drawn in favour of "The Pay & Accounts Officer, Cochin Special Economic Zone"
» Affidavit of undertaking as prescribed in the Form-F in stamp paper of Rs.100/-
» Project Report indicating list of capital goods to be imported/procured, Description of raw materials and other imports, Technical Collaboration, Marketing Collaboration, activities proposes etc. (including a write up on the background of the promoters establishing their credentials and standing)
» Copy of Certificate of Incorporation alongwith Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association in case of companies and attested copy of Partnership Deed in case of Partnership Firms
» Income tax returns of proprietor/partners for the last 3 years. In case of company audited balance sheet for the last 3 years.
» Copy of Pan Card of Promoters
» Proof of residence of promoter (Copy of Ration Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, Driving Licence)
